How do I package and ship my gun(s)?


When you decide to store your firearms with us, we want to make sure the shipping process is clear and safe. We provide step-by-step instructions on how to package your guns securely using padded materials to prevent any damage during transit to our facility. What happens if my gun is lost or damaged in shipment?


We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipped firearms both incoming and outgoing, ensuring that they are protected with the best possible industry-leading insurance policy. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during shipping, please be assured that we will actively assist you in recovering or compensating for any damaged or unrecoverable firearms to help mitigate your loss.

How do I know you are a legitimate business and properly licensed?


We are a legitimate registered business with official recognition from the Nevada Secretary of State and the State of Michigan Corporations Division, operating under our parent company name “D4 Media Corp.” We hold active business licenses and registrations in both Nevada and Michigan, where we conduct our operations. You can verify our business licenses and registrations through the Nevada Secretary of State and the Michigan Corporations Division. Additionally, we maintain active Federal Firearms Licenses (FFL) under the name “D4 Media Corp.” You can cross-reference our FFL license numbers, which are #9-88-XXX-XX-XX-06509 and #4-38-XXX-XX-XX-14279, with the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) using their FFL EZ Check System for verification.

When can I get my firearm back after storing it with you?


Customers can receive their firearms back whenever they request it. Once a request is made, our staff will work to outtake the gun and ship it to back to their rightful owner.

What happens to stored guns if the owner dies or can no longer retrieve the gun?


In the event that a gun owner passes away or they are no longer able to retrieve the gun for any reason, there are two options: 1. We can make an offer to purchase the gun and send payment to the new rightful owner. 2. We can send it back to the new rightful owner as long as they provide adequate legal documentation showing they are now the new rightful owner of the gun(s).

Can I check on my gun while it is stored with you?


Yes, gun owners storing their firearms with us can request and schedule a live viewing of their gun with one of our associates. We also provide an online profile of the owner and documentation of the guns including photos and a description of the gun when the intake process with our depository.

Can the gun be withdrawn from the depository by someone other than the gun owner?


Guns can only be retrieved by the actual owner and authorized individual(s) the owner allows to withdraw the firearms in the Depository.

Is there a limited amount of guns I can store?


No, there are no limits on the amount of guns customers can store in our Depository.

What happens to my firearm(s) is I stop paying my storage fees


If  there is a lapse in payment for the monthly fees gun owners agreed to in the terms and conditions, owners have a 30 day grace period to good their accounts in good standing. If no action is taken after 30 days, A right of lien gives the Gun Depository the right to hold on to the stored guns until the debt is repaid by the renter. In case the debt is not paid in due time, the Depository will sell those contents in order to recover the debt.

What happens if I don't want my gun back and want to liquidate it?


For those who wish to liquidate the guns, gun owners have two options. We can buy it outright from you or we can consign it and sell on your behalf for a consignment fee.

Are my guns regularly cleaned and maintained during their storage time?


Yes, our staff performs periodic preservation treatment to ensure its integrity during its storage time in the depository.
